Orders are typically processed in 24 hours with very few exceptions. Other orders outside our standard processing time are processed in an average of 1 – 10 Days.
The Average Shipping Time Worldwide is only 10 Days due to our mass collection of warehouses and growing distribution network.
All orders are very discrete and secret with no logos, signage or pictures.
If you inputted a wrong address during checkout you can contact customer support and change the address within 24 hours of placing your order.
Tracking information will be emailed and texted to you after your order is processed and shipped. You can track all orders all the way to delivery.
We use a mass collection of carriers and shipping companies from Fedex, UPS, DHL, Air CANDA, USPS, E-packet and many more. At Checkout you will be able to choose the carrier that best fits your budget and region.
Some customers in certain regions will need to be present and sign for their package to complete delivery with a photo ID to prove you are not a minor. Please check your local and state regulations before purchasing or make time to be present for delivery.
We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal, Personal Checks and Cash.
You can shop with ease knowing that your payment information is safe, all digital payments are processed with Paypal and kept confidential and safe through their database. If you pay with a personal check a copy is kept in our records for up to 5 years for tax purposes and then disposed of discretely and professionally.
If you are paying with Cash or Check you need to contact customer support to get approval. Cash or Checks must be mailed and delivered before your order is shipped.

After Your Claim is approved you will receive a full or partial refund within 10 days depending on your Bank or Credit Card Company Terms of Service. We do not allow refunds for Check or Cash Payments.
