How Long Will It Take To Process My Order?

Orders are typically processed in 24 hours with very few exceptions. Other orders outside our standard processing time are processed in an average of 1 – 10 Days.

How Long Till I Get My Package?

The Average Shipping Time Worldwide is only 10 Days due to our mass collection of warehouses and growing distribution network.

Is My Order Kept Discrete & Confidential?

All orders are very discrete and secret with no logos, signage or pictures.

Can I Change My Address?

If you inputted a wrong address during checkout you can contact customer support and change the address within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I Track My Package After Processing?

Tracking information will be emailed and texted to you after your order is processed and shipped. You can track all orders all the way to delivery.

Who Will Be Shipping My Package?

Do I Need To Sign For My Package Or Be Present For Delivery?

Can I Return My Order?

When Will I Be Refunded After My Claim Is Approved?

After Your Claim is approved you will receive a full or partial refund within 10 days depending on your Bank or Credit Card Company Terms of Service. We do not allow refunds for Check or Cash Payments.
